Our room was huge, super clean and with lots of extras (airdryer, kettle, coffee, tea and milk) You are at two streets from the Vatican and 30 min walking to the rest of places to visit You can leave your things in the room without a problem Pamela, the host, is the most helpful, nice and patient person that I found in all my trips. Thank you Pamela for all your help, you made our trip much easier Recommended 1000%

My sister, daughter, & I took a girls trip to Rome. This was all of our first trip to Europe & it was amazing! My daughter found & booked everything, so I had no idea where we were staying, but this place was excellent for our stay! The location was perfect for us- close to many attractions (Piazza Navona, Vatican City, Trevi fountain, Castel Sant’Angelo) & less than a 10 minute walk to a stop for the sight seeing buses. The room was wonderful- large & clean. Pamela was was very friendly & helpful- arranging airport pick up & drop off, as well as calling a cab for us for an early morning excursion. We have nothing but great things to say about this place & will definitely be staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Rome again!

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Calamatta. Rome was the final leg of our European vacation, and I had been in touch with the staff as they wanted to know when to expect us. Unfortunately, the horrendous traffic caused by the strike in France caused us to miss our flight from Paris to Rome, delaying us by 12 hours. I emailed Pamela and Valerio to notify them that we would be arriving much later (after midnight!), and Pamela was so helpful in arranging us transportation that met us at the airport and took us directly to the guest house. It was so late at night but Valerio showed us to our room and got us acquainted with the building. The guest house is cozy and peaceful and our room was always clean. The location is fantastic, very close to the areas we wanted to visit. Breakfast vouchers are provided for a nearby cafe, where you can get a pastry, coffee, and juice. Pamela helped us out again by arranging a taxi service to take us to the airport when it was time to head home. Staying here felt like staying with family, it was such a warm and welcoming place to come back to each evening after exploring all day. The hospitality is exceptional and we were so grateful for all of their help.

We were met with a very warm and friendly welcome as soon as we got there. The family that owns the B&B took the time to provide us with a map and talked us through popular sightseeing routes and sites to visit. Many of Rome's highlights are within walking distance and transit options were close by and easy to access. Free breakfast was included at a nearby cafe. Staff recommended local trattorias also a short walk away where we got great meals. Nice terrace and treats/snacks laid out in common areas for guests.

Stayed here from the 21-25 October. We were 6 people had 2 rooms. We all had a lovely time, hosts were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast at the cafe was excellent too. The little treats left in the kitchen were an extra bonus too😀. Perfect location close to all amenities and tourist attractions. Thank you xx
